II. Application Requirements
1. Education and Major Requirements
• Hold a PhD degree in related fields such as discipline inspection and supervision, CCP history and Party building, law, political science, public administration, or have passed the PhD dissertation defense with qualification for degree conferral.
2. Age Requirements
• Not exceeding 35 years old;
• Appropriately relaxed for those with outstanding research achievements.
3. Research Ability Requirements
• Engaged in research on discipline inspection and supervision, corruption governance, and intra-Party regulations;
• Possess strong theoretical analysis and academic writing abilities;
• Priority given to those familiar with cutting-edge quantitative and qualitative research methods.
4. Academic Achievement Requirements (Priority for those meeting any condition)
• Published papers as first or corresponding author in Chinese core academic journals;
• Published papers as first or corresponding author in international academic journals;
• Possess high-quality working papers.
III. Job Responsibilities
• Full-time position, undertaking research tasks assigned by the team leader;
• Assist in project applications, topic research, paper publications, etc.;
• Actively participate in team collaboration, completing all agreed research and management tasks in the contract.
IV. Salary and Benefits
1. Salary Standards
• Researcher: Annual salary 380,000–500,000 RMB (pre-tax);
• Associate Researcher: Annual salary 290,000–380,000 RMB (pre-tax);
• Eligible candidates may additionally apply for the "Lixin Reward Program," receiving an extra 4,000 RMB per month (up to 24 months, total not exceeding 96,000 RMB).

V. Introduction to Team Leader
Gu Zhijun, PhD in Management, Postdoctoral in Political Science, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, currently Vice Dean of the College of Government Management at Shenzhen University, Vice Dean of the Institute for Global Megacity Governance, Vice Dean of the Institute for Discipline Inspection and Supervision (Institute for Clean Governance), and Director of the Research Center for Intra-Party Regulations. Concurrently serves as Council Member of the Chinese Political Science Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Youth Work Professional Committee of the Chinese Political Science Association, Executive Council Member of the Clean Governance Branch of the Chinese Association for Management Modernization, and Vice President of the Intra-Party Regulations Research Society of the Guangdong Law Society. Mainly engaged in research on clean governance and clean government construction, urban governance, and government innovation; hosted 3 National Social Science Fund projects (1 major, 1 general, 1 youth) and 2 Guangdong Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning projects (1 major, 1 general); published 3 academic monographs and co-edited 3 works; published over 60 papers in domestic and international journals such as Political Science Research, Chinese Public Administration, and Journal of Chinese Political Science, with over 10 reprinted in Xinhua Digest, Chinese Social Sciences Digest, and RUC Reprinted Materials; received multiple awards including the First Prize of Guangdong Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievements.
