符阳，副教授、研究员、博士生导师。2018年于香港城市大学公共政策学系取得博士学位。现任深圳大学行政管理系副主任、深圳大学大湾区—东盟研究中心副主任。主要研究领域为可持续城镇化、环境政策与城市产业政策。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科基金与广东省自然科学基金/社会科学基金项目等课题10余项。出版英文专著1部，在American Review of Public Administration, Cities, Climate Policy, Habitat International,《公共行政评论》等国内外顶级期刊发表学术论文20余篇， 其中ESI前1%高被引论文2篇，谷歌学术H-index 13。多篇咨政报告获得省、市相关部门采纳、获奖。入选深圳市海外高层次人才C类。担任国际期刊Sustainable Earth Review执行编辑，Macro Management and Public Policies编委，SSCI期刊专刊主编以及多本SSCI/SCI期刊审稿人。

Fu Yang, Associate Professor and Senior Researcher at the Department of Public Administration, School of Government, Shenzhen University. He received his PhD degree from the Department of Public Policy, City University of Hong Kong. He is currently the Associate Head of the Department of Public Administration and Deputy Director of the ASEAN-Greater Bay Area Research Institute of Shenzhen University. His main research areas are sustainable urbanization, environmental governance and industrial policy. He is the PI of projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education etc. He has published a book on sustainable urbanization in China and over 20 academic papers in American Review of Public Administration, Cities, Climate Policy, Habitat International, Public Administration Review and other top journals, including 2 ESI top 1% highly cited papers. He has been selected as a member in Shenzhen's overseas high-level talents scheme. He is the managing editor of the international journal Sustainable Earth Review and an editorial board member of Macro Management and Public Policies. He also serves as the guest editor of the special issues of SSCI journals and the reviewer of leading journals.
